Your Right to Delete Your Account and Data

In compliance with Google Play's User Data & Account Deletion Policy, Perception Axis for Information Technology and developer codeIO ensure that all users of the mujeeb mobile app (com.perceptionaxis.paxis_app) can easily request the permanent deletion of their account and associated data.

What data will be permanently deleted?

  • Account Credentials: Registered phone number, agent name, authentication tokens, and active sessions.
  • Messages and Media: Inbound and outbound message logs, chat histories, and media attachments across connected channels (WhatsApp, Messenger).
  • Contacts & Leads: Contact numbers, client names, tags, and CRM status entries.
  • Device & Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration tokens and device identifiers.

Data retention exceptions: No personal data is retained after deletion, except transactional or financial records strictly required by applicable statutory regulations.

How to Request Deletion

1. In-App Open the mujeeb app ➔ Settings ➔ Profile ➔ Tap "Request Account Deletion".
2. Online Web Form Submit the official deletion form below. Your request will be queued immediately.
3. Direct Email / Support Email support@perceptionaxis.com or message WhatsApp at +962 7 7663 5909.

* Processing time: Account data is permanently purged within a maximum of 30 calendar days.
