Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how Perception Axis for Information Technology (Perception Axis) and developer entity codeIO collect, use, and protect data within the mujeeb mobile application (com.perceptionaxis.paxis_app) and the associated cloud communication platform.
Data We Collect and Store
We collect and store the minimum data required to deliver services in the mujeeb app, including:
- Account & Authentication: Phone number, display name, OTP verification codes, and push notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
- Messaging Data: Phone numbers, message content (text and media), messaging channel identifiers (WhatsApp, Messenger), delivery status, and timestamps.
- Contacts & CRM Data: Contact name, phone number, email, and tags or status notes saved within the workspace.
- Consent Records: Proof of marketing consent and opt-out requests.
- Technical Diagnostics: Diagnostic logs necessary for security, abuse prevention, and platform stability.
AI Processing of Conversations
Conversations may be processed through AI providers (such as Google Gemini and OpenRouter) solely to generate automated responses. Customer data is never used to train third-party public foundation models.
Data Ownership & Security
Subscribers own their business and customer data completely. Perception Axis and codeIO act strictly as data processors and service providers. We do not sell personal data to any third parties under any circumstances.
Account & Data Deletion Requirement
In compliance with Google Play's User Data & Account Deletion Policy, users of the mujeeb app (com.perceptionaxis.paxis_app) developed by codeIO / Perception Axis have the full right to request deletion of their account and all associated personal data at any time.
How to Request Account & Data Deletion:
- In-App: Navigate to Profile / Settings within the mujeeb app and select "Request Account Deletion".
- Dedicated Online Request Form: You can submit an immediate web deletion request at our official page: Account Deletion Page (paxis.tech/account-deletion).
- By Email: Send an email to support@perceptionaxis.com or support@paxis.tech with the subject "Account Deletion Request - mujeeb" specifying your registered phone number.
Processing Period & Data Scope: Upon verification, your account profile, credentials, message archives, contacts, and notification tokens will be permanently deleted within 30 calendar days.
Marketing Opt-Out
Recipients can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying with the keyword STOP.
